Hi! I’m Meera 💛

Fitness has always been a passion of mine ever since I was young. I could always be found playing as part of a school sports team, swimming for my local club, or in the gym.

Like everyone, I’ve tried all the fad diets and work out plans that I can find, but they only work for a small amount of time. So I’ve come up with my own simple solution where you can still enjoy life and food, all while getting fit!

I’ll be releasing FREE week workout guides and updating my blog with my fitness journey, as well as lots of bits and bobs you may find interesting!
